I took a 6.52 mile hike along Goose Creek and the Potomac River yesterday. This image is from my favorite spot on the hike where I took a few minutes to just sit and breathe. It was refreshing to breathe in fall air, reflect on my blessings from this year, and look ahead to the winter and coming year.
